What will be your new function? 


The Interim Recruitment Coordinator holds a pivotal position, shaping a seamless and positive journey for candidates throughout our recruitment process, profoundly influencing the success of our hiring objectives. You will be collaborating closely with Hiring Managers spanning various departments, you'll orchestrate tasks and activities crucial for identifying and onboarding top talent. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team on a temporary basis for a minimum of 6 months, with a preferred availability of 24 hours a week


Your main tasks:

  • Support hiring managers in the search for qualified personnel. 
  • Write and publish catchy job postings on different social media platforms and our website.
  • Manage LinkedIn Recruiter Seat + Job slots. 
  • Manage our ATS (Recruitee).
  • Screen candidates by phone, video call and attend interviews where needed.  
  • Make offer letters to candidates and negotiate on terms of employment within the given boundaries where needed.  
  • Work together with external recruitment agencies on several job openings (negotiate on new and better deals where needed).


Reporting and Interactions

You become part of the HR team. This consists of an HR Manager, HR Advisor, HR Assistant and an Office Manager.

  • An all-in hourly rate between EUR 65-80 based on your experience.  (so including travel reimbursement)
  • An assignment for 24h a week for at least 6 months, with a high chance of extension.

Job requirements

Education and Experience

  • Minimum HBO working and thinking level
  • At least 2 years of experience coordinating Recruitment and dealing with agencies.
  • Proven track record in recruiting highly skilled Engineers.


Other:

  • Excellent knowledge of both Dutch and English language.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit, excellent judgment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic team player with a customer and result-oriented attitude.
  • Original, confident personality, with guts and humor.
