Do you have experience in other manufacturing companies and you are interested in the Aerospace industry?

Everything that has to do with space and space travel fascinates you. Being part of an innovative company and working with composites, that is what you find challenging. The focus is on the production of composite parts for the aerospace industry. This requires great accuracy, because you have to work according to the standards of the Aerospace sector.

What is your new job?

After a thorough training period, our new Production employee will manufacture products made of fiber reinforced plastics. As an All-round Production Employee you are responsible for:

• Producing the products according to plan
• Producing molds and other tooling
• Taking care of quality
• Working according to prescribed procedures
• Care for safety, health and the environment

Reporting Lines and Interactions

You report to one of the Team Leaders and Foremen of the Production department and you work together with other colleagues. In addition, you will collaborate with the Quality and Engineering departments.

• You have completed a vocational study in a technical direction or have relevant working experience.
• A couple of years experience in a manufacturing company or working with composites is a plus. 
• You need to be able to speak Dutch or English, preferably both.
• Accurate.
• Proactive.

Hoe ziet je nieuwe baan eruit?
Je gaat deel uitmaken van een innovatief bedrijf en gaat op de productieafdeling werken waar composieten onderdelen worden gemaakt voor de lucht- en ruimtevaart. Dit vereist grote nauwkeurigheid, omdat de kwaliteitseisen enorm hoog zijn. Na een gedegen inwerkperiode door ervaren collega's ga je aan de slag als Productiemedewerker en ga je daadwerkelijk composieten onderdelen voor de lucht- en ruimtevaart industrie produceren. 

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

• Het produceren van composiet onderdelen. 
• Het maken van mallen en andere tooling t.b.v. het productieproces. 
• Zorgdragen voor kwaliteit.  
• Zorgdragen voor veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu. 

Rapportagelijnen en interacties:
Je rapporteert aan jouw Teamleider en Voorman van de Productieafdeling en je werkt nauw samen met andere collega's. Daarnaast werk je samen met de afdelingen Kwaliteit en Engineering.

Functievereisten:

• Je hebt bij voorkeur een afgeronde mbo-opleiding op niveau 3 in een technische richting of aantoonbaar technische ervaring van een vergelijkbaar niveau.
• Ervaring in een technische productie omgeving of in de composieten is een pré.  
• Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
• Nauwkeurige manier van werken.
• Een proactieve houding.

Wanneer jij de basis van Productiemedewerker onder de knie hebt, dan zijn er mogelijkheden om door te groeien binnen de Productieafdeling. Zo kan je mogelijk na een interne opleiding doorstromen naar bedienaar van de Autoclaaf, Cell operator, CNC-frezer of juist meer richting Quality Control of Magazijnmedewerker. We kijken samen naar jouw competenties en bekijken dan de mogelijkheden binnen Airborne. 

• Bruto maandsalaris tussen de EUR 2300-3600, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring. 
  
• Royaal jaarlijks verlof van 32 dagen.
